Terms of service
The commercial terms behind every retainer. Your signed agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

Scope of work
Each retainer covers a defined number of finished clips per calendar month, set by the plan you select. Clips are delivered edited, colour-graded, audio-levelled, captioned, and exported in the aspect ratios agreed at intake.
Unused clip allowance does not roll over between months. If you need more than your allowance in a given month, we will quote the overage before producing it.
Turnaround and the delivery guarantee
Published turnaround times begin when usable source footage lands in the agreed location, not when a project is discussed. Turnaround is counted in working days, Monday to Friday. If we are running late we will tell you before the deadline rather than after it, and agree a new date with you.
Turnaround clocks pause while we are waiting on you — for source files, approvals, brand assets, or answers to a blocking question.
Revisions
Revision rounds included per clip depend on your plan. A revision is a change within the agreed brief. A change of brief — a new angle, a different segment of footage, a new format — is new work and is quoted separately.
Ownership and licensing
You own your source footage and the finished deliverables outright on payment. We retain no ownership over your content. We claim no right to use your footage or clips in our own marketing unless you give written permission for that specific material.
We warrant that any music, stock, or graphic assets we introduce are appropriately licensed for your intended use, and we will tell you where the licence has limits.
Payment
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Work begins once the first invoice is settled. Late payment beyond fourteen days pauses production until resolved.
Cancellation
You may cancel any month with fourteen days’ notice before the next billing date. Work already in production at the point of cancellation is completed and delivered. We do not pro-rate part months, and we do not hold your files hostage — the archive is handed over on request.
Confidentiality
We treat all client footage as confidential by default and sign your NDA on request. Editors assigned to your account are bound by confidentiality agreements. Sensitive material can be redacted before it leaves the studio.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any retainer is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost audience, arising from the performance of published content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be sent to active clients by email at least thirty days before they take effect.
